You can't "beat" ADHD, it's a neurotype. You can harness its strengths and manage its symptoms, that's it. As I say in my article, if you find these "types" and supplements helpful, by all means, go for it. Amen does not have top knowledge, much of what he says is *not* backed up by research, or he is taking information which has already been clearly outlined in the research, and re-branding it to sell products. I have been studying psychology for more than 20 years, I have ADHD, and so does my son. Do what works for you, but I'm not wrong here.
