Yes! I’ve written about hyperfocus as a definite positive of my ADHD brain. I also relate to noticing the significant differences in how my husband & I work and process information. My husband also considers and reconsiders before responding to an email, whereas I type out a thorough response and send right away. He stops at noon for lunch, whereas I often don’t eat until 2 or 3pm. I love my hyperfocus, but my bladder & stomach may not always appreciate it lol
