I am very animated when I speak, which I consider part of my Autistic. "accent" too. I thought it was from my ADHD, but perhaps it's also from our different nervous systems.

It may also be remainders of the masks we've worn our entire lives and are more difficult to remove.

However, there is conflicting research showing that some Autistics speak in more of a "singsong" voice... whatever that means!
