I would say I don't think singing to your bird is stimming--I have a lineolated parakeet, by the way!
My husband is not Autistic and he hums or sings (badly lol) a lot just for fun. My son is ND and he has this anxious whistle, that I would say is more of a tic or a stim, something he does to try to calm himself.
For me, I love listening to certain music at full volume to feel the music in my whole body. I would say that is a form of stimming because it serves an emotional & psychological purpose for me.
My bird doesn't talk, but he does whistle back at us, which is a socially facilitated behaviour--and also it's just cute.
