Thank you for this honest and vulnerable response. I hear you about parenting guilt. My frustration is directed at the professionals who /should/ know better, but don’t — or who do, yet punish children for behaviours beyond their control anyway.

My son and I are extremely similar, so it can be very challenging for me to keep my emotions in check and parent skillfully at times.
