Thank you. Yes, as someone who grew up in the 80s and 90s, Neurodiversity was not well understood. If someone were identified, it was seen only as a disability and the focus was most often exclusively on their weaknesses or struggles, and never on their strenghts or gifts as a person. Things have improved, but there is still a long way to go. <3
