Present and accounted for! ....oh, this wasn't a roll-call? ;) I struggle *SO* much with this. My ADHD brain *needs* structure and routine, but also rails against it. My other neurodivergent qualities dislike change and unexpected changes make me anxious. I have a really hard time relaxing. I find it almost painful to quietly sit with my thoughts and feelings, I always feel I need to be *doing* something. Thank you for sharing this story!
