No. I see what you're trying to say here, and you have a point. However, schools are extremely controlling and resistant to parental input. When parents try to advocate for their children, schools often push back, and give parents very little say about what happens during their child's school day.
"They could have done a lot of things" because I'm not there for those six hours, and no matter how hard I tried (and trust me, I did), they would not listen to me.
My son is in a different (much better) school now.
