Most of what you are saying does not apply here in Canada. Women pay much more for hygiene products, pay full sales taxes on all of them, and cannot deduct any of them on income tax. They're all just red herrings anyway--even if women can or could deduct those expenses, they're expenses men don't share, as CIS-men don't menstruate.
