It's about neurodiversity -- the concept different kinds of brains (including ADHD) are not "disordered" or deficient, in fact, necessary for diversity across human biology. Similar to diversity in nature (biodiversity) being important for the health of our planet, neurodiversity is necessary for the health of the human race. I hope that clarifies a bit without any hockey references!
