I disagree, respectfully. I think, rather than saying "level #", we simply expess what supports a person needs and leave it at that. I am not Autistic level 1, 2, or 3 -- I am level 1 in some environments, but perhaps level 2 in others. That's the weakness of categorizing people, human neurology is much more complex than that.
