I did say they are neither mutually inclusive, nor mutually exclusive.

"To be clear, I am not saying that sensitive humans don’t exist, of course they do. There are all kinds of nervous systems in the world. Some people are sensitive due to anxiety, sensory processing disorder (SPD), or a myriad other reasons."

My issue is with choosing HSP over autism because it "sounds" better, rather than truly understanding whether someone is indeed Autistic.
