I appreciate and believe what you are saying. However, it's not really about us or whether we believe one another: it's about the individuals being subjected to sometimes inhumane and sometime abusive practices.

While you believe your experience was positive, this is not the case for thousands of Autistic children -- and thousands of Autistic adults have come forward to share their traumatic experiences.

Those are the stories we need to listen to and believe, first and foremost.
