I am sorry to hear that, it can be quite a struggle. I find the biggest thing is to remember that you and your child are the exact same people — with or without your diagnoses or “label”. A diagnosis helps us understand ourselves, and others understand us, better. It can help us learn about what may work best to support ourselves, partners, or children. I hope your partner can come to terms and work to educate themselves for yours and your child’s sake ❤
