DIFFERENCES.

Just because you "work with" Autistics doesn't mean you understand what it means to *BE* Autistic.

Yes, many people view Autism as a disability, many Autistics feel they do have deficits. Many of us feel we do not. It's not up to you to decide for others.

Many of our "deficits" are really just differences perceived as deficits by people like you who think it's okay to speak for others.
